I am the HULK.

Not really….I just think lately I have turned into a freak….similar to the Hulk. For the last few days I have been on a lifestyle change with how I eat, and what I eat. Not a diet, because those are temporary. I guess I just came to the point where I was fed up with where I was physically. I wanted to change, and the really the only way to do that is to just do it. Thank you to Nike for that slogan. To give you an idea of how drastic the change has been I will give you a run down.

OLD LIFESTYLE

Breakfast: Usually missed it, and would wait until lunch to eat, sometimes Starbucks.

Lunch: Usually a sandwich with chips, soda, juice, or water.

Dinner: Burgers at britts, or stopped and got something on the way to church, or sandwiches.

NEW LIFESTYLE

Breakfast (8am): 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Bowl of plain Cheerios with a Banana on top.

Mid Morning Snack (10am): Apple, and 2 pieces of cheese, and water.

Lunch (12pm): Tuna sandwich with very little mayo, and a little bit of cottage cheese, and water.

Mid Afternoon Snack (3pm): Apple, protein bar, or protein shake.

Dinner (6pm): Chicken, or salad, rice, veggies, and water.

Late Snack (9pm): Hard Boiled Egg, or fruit, and water.

The only funny thing about eating this way, is I usually is almost hungry. It’s kind of irritating, but I am definitely getting used to it. I have also felt really good, by eating like this. I feel more motivated to do things also. So all to say I am really excited to see the results. I’m not complaining with 6 meals a day, cause stink, I love eating! Haha.
